To help you visualize what your project will look like and explain the work to be implemented, a detailed landscape plan and/or written proposal is presented. This details the cost of the proposed plan material, supplies, and labor and gives us the ability to make sure that your expectations and our end product are the same. To ensure quality work, the highest quality plant material is selected and installed by our own experienced crews. Upon completion, a maintenance program is prescribed for your site.

Maintenance

Property maintenance contracts are based on year-round care. Each maintenance agreement is customized to the site and your needs. In general, a custom maintenance program consists of the following: mowing, edging, weed control, fertilization, light pruning, aeration and reseeding of lawn areas, regular inspection for diseases or pests for shrubs, trees and lawn and treatment for such. This service also includes replacement of all seasonal color flower beds.
